Hello Kind Reader, 

Hope you are all well. Before jumping into the post summer season I wanted to take time to reflect on the self imposed break. It was a glorious reset to be able to walk away from what can become the monotony of day to day life. Acknowledging the privilege of being able to step away to a different space even though I was working, (which is a different kind of privilege), I would encourage, as is possible, for you kind reader to attempt breaking out of your routine as well. However it can look for you, 5 extra minutes outside, 10 minutes in a quite safe space. Allowing time to breathe in what can be and often is a chaotic world. Perhaps you can ease, at least in some small measure the strain of life.
